Chef Pete's Famous Special Fudge Recipe

 The Ingredients

• 3 Cups Granulated Sugar
• 1 Small Can Carnation Evaporated Milk
  (Not Sweetened Condensed Milk)
• 1 1/2 Sticks Mrs. Filberts Margarine
• 12oz package of Nestles' Chocolate Chips
• 1 small jar of Marshmallow Fluff
• 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla Extract

The Process

• Place ingredients in heavy pan over a high heat -- stirring constantly
• Bring mixture to a rolling boil
• Set timer for 5 minutes
• Lower heat slightly so mixture will not burn but will continue to rolling boil
• continue constant stirring
• Remove from heat after 5 minutes
• Quickly stir in 12oz package of Nestles' Chocolate Chips
• Quickly stir in 1 small jar of Marshmallow Fluff
• Add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla Extract
• Pour into a lightly greased glass dish to set
